The location of the hotel is awesome as it is just off the main sights of the Catedral and the centre of town. the staff were very welcoming. - the twin/double room was perfect and bright. - I thoroughly enjoyed the plants on the patio.

It was an absolutely fantastic hotel in a pretty comfortable area, not far from gardens of Alcazar and the main sights of the Catedral.
Even though everything was excellent, some of the staff were incompetent.
